EuroKids International Preschool is known for its dedication to providing high-quality early childhood education. They are an exceptional playschool that provides a nurturing, engaging, and holistic learning environment tailored for children in Playgroup, Nursery, Jr. Kg (EuroJunior), and Sr. Kg (EuroSenior).
The challenge/objective was to create a robust lead generation system on Facebook and Instagram for the EuroKids Belpur branch, starting from the ground up, with the aim of acquiring top-tier leads that are highly likely to convert.
After conducting thorough research on industry competitors, product specifications, and features, I developed a buyer persona on Facebook and Instagram as the foundation for our targeted positioning strategy. Subsequently, I established a brand presence on social media and configured essential Ads Manager accounts while also setting up the pixel tracking system to lay the groundwork for our paid advertising efforts.
Following the pixel installation and payment method setup, we were prepared to launch our campaigns. Our initial strategy involved launching a lead generation campaign to streamline the admissions process. Simultaneously, we initiated a brand awareness campaign aimed at increasing visibility within the Navi Mumbai region to enhance overall awareness levels.

Within a mere three months, we managed to develop over 10 campaigns while working with a limited client budget, all aimed at generating leads. Remarkably, we achieved a total of more than 130 leads, surpassing the initial goal of acquiring 90 leads, all while adhering to the same budget provided to us. These leads played a pivotal role in driving highly successful school admissions for our client.
